Description

A cold-applied, liquid asphalt in a solvent system ideal for waterproofing above and below grade exterior concrete, masonry walls, and foundations that are completely dry. Dries black. Also may be used as a coating for fences and barns.

Application

Surface must be clean, dry, and free of moisture both on and beneath the surface. Stir JETCOAT Non-Fibered Fence and Foundation Coating thoroughly. Apply a single coat over the entire surface with a brush, roller, or airless spray unit. Up to 24 hours depending on weather conditionsand thickness of application. Clean tools with mineral spirits or waterless hand cleaner before material has dried.
