Description
A cold-applied, liquid asphalt in a solvent system ideal for waterproofing above and below grade exterior concrete, masonry walls, and foundations that are completely dry. Dries black.
Uses
Application
Surface must be clean, dry, and free of moisture both on and beneath surface. Stir SealBest Non-Fibered Foundation Coating thoroughly. Apply a single coat over the entire surface with a brush, roller, or airless spray unit. Allow material to dry and cure for 24 hours. Clean tools with mineral spirits or waterless hand cleaner before material has dried.
This product does not contain any California Proposition 65 Chemicals.
